A DAY IN A MEDIEVAL VILLAGE

village pavillions
Another of my dioramas features an assorted of scenes from a medieval village; some knights riding through, archery practice, revelry outside an inn, etc.

watchtower

The buildings and facades are from John Gittins and POP Enterprises, both from England, and from the "Warlord" set by Conte Collectibles. POP gets credit for the imposing watchtower. My friend and neighbor Moria Peters painted the backgrounds that add so much depth to the display.

royals entry The knights, villagers, archers, and other figures are from a wide variety of makers: Rosedale, Al Charles, Frontline Figures, Blue Knight of Australia, Bryan and Val Davis, Marlborough Miniatures, Conte, Imrie/Risley, and others.
